Instrumental Cue Feedback Sheet - Example

At the NSAI San Diego Chapter, we encourage instrumental cue composers as well as songwriters and lyricists. 
If you are a composer looking for feedback on your instrumental cue before pitching it to a
Film or TV director, music supervisor, production music library, ad agency, etc.,
​use this form as a guide and change where needed.
​Bring 12 copies of your feedback sheet along with your cue to the next Workshop Meeting.
